Triple nerve block may ease hip surgery pain and cut opioid use

Summary
This study tests whether adding a third nerve block to two standard ones can better control pain after hip surgery. Many patients still feel pain in the back of the hip with standard blocks. Researchers will compare pain scores and the need for extra pain medicine in 50 adults undergoing hip surgery.
