Summary
This study looks at whether wearing a hip cast for 6 weeks works as well as 12 weeks after hip surgery in children with developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). About 40 children aged 18 months to 6 years will take part. The goal is to see if a shorter cast time can reduce complications and help kids get back to walking sooner.
