Summary
This study looks at three different ways to manage pain during and after hip replacement surgery in people aged 60 and older. All participants will get spinal anesthesia, but some will also get a nerve block around the hip joint, with or without an extra anti-inflammatory drug. The goal is to find which method provides the best pain relief, reduces the need for strong painkillers like opioids, and causes fewer side effects.
