Summary
This study looks at how different body positions (lying on your side versus standing) affect hip muscle strength and activation in men with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS), a common cause of knee pain. Researchers will compare 22 men with PFPS to 22 healthy men, measuring muscle activity and strength. The goal is to find which position is best for hip exercises during rehabilitation.
