Summary
This study is comparing three different material combinations used in hip replacement parts to see which causes the least bone wear over time. It involves 360 people with severe hip arthritis who need a total hip replacement. Researchers will track patients for up to 10 years to measure bone loss, pain, satisfaction, and even if the joint makes noise.
