Summary
This study compares a new surgical implant (three screws locked together by a plate) with standard screws for fixing hip fractures in adults aged 18-64. The goal is to see which method keeps the broken bone more stable during healing. Researchers will track 75 participants for one year, measuring bone movement, pain, and hip function.
