New study seeks best pain block for hip fracture patients

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (SIFI and QIPB) for pain after hip fracture surgery. About 70 adults having hip fracture repair will receive one of the blocks, and their pain levels will be measured. The goal is to see which block provides better pain relief and reduces the need for strong painkillers.
