Summary
This study looked at two different ultrasound-guided nerve blocks to manage pain after hip replacement surgery in people aged 65 and older. The goal was to see which block leads to better recovery quality, less pain, and fewer complications like confusion or nausea. 62 participants received one of two block types, and their recovery was tracked for 30 days.
