Summary
This study aims to find out if high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is better than traditional moderate exercise for improving heart health and fitness in young adults with obesity. Researchers will compare the two exercise programs over 12 weeks in 40 participants. They will measure changes in weight, body fat, fitness levels, and key markers of heart and metabolic health.
