First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a new exercise program that mixes short bursts of intense activity with Nordic walking (walking with poles) can help people with heart disease feel better physically and mentally. About 40 adults who have had heart procedures like stents or bypass surgery will try this program. The goal is to see if it's safe, enjoyable, and effective enough to study further.
