Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week online high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program can reduce menstrual pain and improve quality of life in women with primary dysmenorrhea. Sixty women will be split into two groups: one gets an educational workshop plus the HIIT program, the other gets only the workshop. Participants will track their pain and experiences through weekly diaries, aiming to provide a non-drug option for managing period pain.
