Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program is practical for young people who have finished treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma. Twenty survivors aged 10 to 25 will do three 25-minute HIIT sessions per week. Researchers will track how many sign up and stick with the program, and also measure fitness, body composition, and other health markers.
