Can intense workouts help young cancer survivors rebuild their health?
NCT ID NCT07222345
Summary
This pilot study is testing whether a 12-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise program is practical and safe for young Hodgkin lymphoma survivors who finished treatment within the last two years. Researchers will enroll 20 participants to see if they can complete the program and will check for early signs of improvement in fitness, body composition, and other health markers. The exercise sessions will be done remotely with live supervision through a secure online platform.
