Summary

This study looks at whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can improve how muscles use sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to see if HIIT helps muscles store sugar better and reduces fat in the liver. About 36 adults with type 2 diabetes will participate in the study.
