Summary

This study aims to find the highest, safest dose of targeted radiation for men with high-risk prostate cancer. It tests a precise, high-dose radiation technique on the prostate and surrounding pelvic area in 60 participants. The main goal is to see how much radiation the body can tolerate without severe side effects, while also checking if the treatment helps control the cancer.
