First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug bortezomib to standard chemotherapy helps children and teens with high-risk relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) achieve remission and live longer. About 250 participants under 18 will be randomly assigned to receive either standard chemo alone or standard chemo plus bortezomib. The goal is to improve outcomes for this hard-to-treat group.
