Summary

This study looks at people and families who have a high risk of cancer to learn what genes and environmental factors might increase that risk. Over 5,000 participants are followed over time with questionnaires, medical records, and optional genetic testing. No treatment is given, but participants receive counseling and help with early detection. The goal is to better understand cancer causes, not to test a new therapy.
