Protein-Packed milk curbs Post-Workout munchies, study finds
NCT ID NCT07050017
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at how different types of milk affect appetite and calorie intake after exercise in 16 healthy, active men. Participants exercised and then drank either high-protein milk, regular milk, or a sugary drink. The high-protein milk led to eating fewer calories at the next meal, even though people didn't feel less hungry. The study helps us understand how post-exercise drinks might influence eating behavior.
