This study aimed to find out if high-intensity walking training is more effective than lower-intensity exercise for improving walking ability in people with chronic, incomplete spinal cord injuries. It involved 53 participants who could walk with minimal or no assistance. Researchers compared how different training intensities affected walking speed and endurance.
