Summary

This study looked at whether high-intensity walking exercise can reduce fatigue and improve walking in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Twelve adults with MS who had walking difficulties and significant fatigue took part. The goal was to see if this type of exercise could help with both symptoms and brain changes related to movement.
