New breathing treatment tested for lung disease Flare-Ups

Summary
This study compares two breathing treatments for people with bronchiectasis who are in the hospital with a sudden worsening of symptoms. It will test if a high flow nasal cannula works as well as non-invasive ventilation. The study involves 20 adults and will measure how long they stay in the ICU and how well they tolerate the treatment.
