First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene mutation (EGFR) and has gotten worse after first-line treatment with a third-generation EGFR-TKI drug. The trial will test whether taking a higher dose of the drug furmonertinib, either alone or combined with chemotherapy, can help control the cancer longer. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups and followed until their disease progresses or side effects become too severe.
