Summary

This study looked at a new type of mesh made from natural collagen for hernia repair in patients who are at higher risk for complications, such as those with diabetes or obesity. The goal was to see if it is safe and helps wounds heal well. Thirty patients were followed for 8 weeks after surgery to check for infections or other problems.
