Summary

This study looks at whether two herbal supplements, CL19183 and CL24212, can help overweight adults lose weight and improve their health. About 150 healthy but overweight people (BMI 25-30) aged 25-55 will take the supplements or a placebo, plus walk 30 minutes daily and follow a standard diet. The main goal is to see if body weight drops into a normal range.
