Summary
This study tests two herbal supplements, CL19183 and CL24212, to see if they help overweight adults lose weight and improve metabolic health. About 150 healthy but overweight participants (BMI 25-30) aged 25-55 will take the supplements or a placebo, while also following a standard diet and walking 30 minutes daily. The main goal is to measure changes in body weight and BMI over the study period.
