Summary
This study is testing whether two herbal supplements can help with weight loss and improve metabolic health in overweight adults. 150 participants aged 25-55 will take either one of the supplements or a placebo pill daily for 16 weeks while following a standard diet and walking program. Researchers will measure changes in body weight, body fat, waist size, and various blood markers related to metabolism and heart health.
