Can herbal teas tame metabolic syndrome?
NCT ID NCT06866314
Summary
This study tested whether drinking two different herbal tea blends could improve health markers in adults with metabolic syndrome. Thirty overweight adults drank either a 'VitalPLANT' tea or a combination of VitalPLANT and Helichrysum italicum tea daily for one week. Researchers measured changes in body weight, cholesterol, blood sugar, and inflammation to see if the teas had any effect.
