Summary
This small study tested whether taking rosemary and daylily herbal extracts could improve sleep quality in healthy adults over 50. Ten participants tried different doses of the supplement or a placebo over eight weeks while researchers tracked their sleep patterns and energy levels. The goal was to see if these natural supplements could help people fall asleep easier and sleep more soundly.
