New scan could reveal hidden cancer weaknesses
NCT ID NCT07436858
Summary
This study is testing whether a special PET scan using a radioactive tracer can show how much of the tracer collects in lung cancer tumors with HER2 abnormalities. Researchers want to see if tumors with HER2 mutations collect the tracer differently than tumors that just have high HER2 levels. The goal is to better understand these cancers, which could help guide future treatments.
