Researchers unfold hidden cancer subtype in egypt
NCT ID NCT06188494
Summary
This study looked back at the medical records of 405 Egyptian patients with advanced breast cancer. Its main goal was to find out how many of these patients had a specific subtype called 'HER2-low,' which is a newer way to classify the disease. The results will help doctors understand the landscape of breast cancer in Egypt and could inform future treatment strategies.
