One drug, five cancers: trial tests new hope for tough tumors
NCT ID NCT07192068
Summary
This study is testing if an existing cancer drug called zanidatamab can help control several different types of advanced cancer. It is for adults with lung, colon, head & neck, uterine, or sarcoma cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments and have a specific change in a gene called HER2. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors in these patients.
