First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests if radiation therapy followed by two targeted drugs (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) given directly into the spinal fluid is safe and helps people with HER2+ breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease). About 39 participants will receive increasing doses of pertuzumab with a fixed dose of trastuzumab. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it improves survival.
