Summary
This study tests whether certain women with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer can be treated with a targeted drug combination (PHESGO™) without chemotherapy. Researchers use specific markers to select patients whose tumors are highly dependent on the HER2 pathway. The goal is to see if this approach can still eliminate the tumor while avoiding chemo side effects.
