Summary

This study is testing whether radiation therapy followed by two targeted cancer drugs delivered directly into the spinal fluid is safe and can help people live longer. It's for patients with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord. The goal is to control this aggressive form of cancer that is difficult to treat with standard medications.
