Summary
This study aims to understand how a hepatitis D treatment called bulevirtide affects gut bacteria and bile acids in patients. Researchers will follow 20 patients with hepatitis D and liver damage, collecting samples over 48 weeks to see how these gut factors change during treatment. The goal is to learn more about how the treatment works and whether gut health affects treatment response.
