This study looks at two different methods doctors use to manage blood flow during a complex surgery called a Whipple procedure. The goal is to see which method better protects the kidneys after surgery. About 60 adults having this surgery will be randomly assigned to one of the two management strategies, and their kidney function will be tracked for 72 hours after the operation.
