New tool helps veterans pick sleep apnea treatment that works for them

Summary
This study tests whether a special decision-making tool can help veterans newly diagnosed with sleep apnea choose a treatment they will actually use. About 128 veterans will use the tool and get support based on their answers. The goal is to improve sleep quality and make it easier to stick with treatment.
