Summary
This study tests a mobile app called 'Heart Voice: Starry Journey' designed to help parents and caregivers of children with autism feel more flexible and less anxious or depressed. About 52 caregivers will use the app for 6 weeks, doing interactive stories and exercises based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The goal is to see if the app improves their mental health compared to those who continue with their usual routines.
