Summary
This study is testing if a minimally invasive procedure to fix a severely leaky heart valve (tricuspid valve) helps older adults feel better and function better. Researchers will check if the procedure improves kidney function, reduces leg swelling, increases walking ability, and helps with daily activities. The goal is to see if this treatment improves overall health and quality of life for people struggling with this heart condition.
