Blood test could predict heart trouble before symptoms appear
NCT ID NCT06713889
Summary
This study aims to identify blood markers that might predict which patients with aortic stenosis (a narrowing of the heart valve) are at higher risk for future heart problems, even before they feel symptoms. Researchers will collect blood samples and health information from 125 patients with varying levels of the condition. The goal is to help doctors personalize future care by identifying patients who might benefit from earlier intervention.
