Yale launches major Women's heart health study: 500 participants to help improve cardiac testing
NCT ID NCT04599192
Summary
This study aims to gather information to help doctors better understand which heart artery test works best for women with chest pain. Researchers will follow 500 women for 5 years to compare two different artery pressure measurements taken during heart catheterization. The goal is to see which test better predicts who might have future heart problems like heart attacks or strokes.
