Digital map could speed up critical heart tests
NCT ID NCT05682118
Summary
This study is testing a new digital 'roadmap' tool to see if it helps doctors perform two common tests for blocked heart arteries. The tests, called FFR and iFR, measure blood flow pressure to decide if a patient needs a stent or just medication. Researchers want to see if using the roadmap makes the tests quicker, uses less contrast dye, and is easier for the doctor to perform.
