Heart test showdown: which scan leads to better care?

NCT ID NCT07308496

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two advanced heart imaging tests leads to better patient outcomes. It will compare a CT-based test (CT-FFR) with an angiography-based test (QFR) for guiding treatment decisions in people with narrowed heart arteries. About 1,400 participants will be randomly assigned to have their care guided by one test or the other, and researchers will track major heart problems over one year.
