This study compares two different ways to drain fluid after heart bypass surgery. Researchers want to see which method better prevents irregular heartbeats and fluid buildup around the heart. The trial will involve 122 patients having their first elective bypass surgery. Results could help reduce hospital stays and serious complications after surgery.
