NCT ID NCT07105904
Summary
This study is testing a new bedside device called Quantra to see if it can quickly and accurately measure blood clotting in patients who start bleeding during heart surgery. It will involve 600 patients and compare the device's readings to standard lab tests. The goal is to see if this faster test can help doctors make better decisions about giving blood products to stop the bleeding.
