New heart stent under Real-World scrutiny

Summary
This study is a registry that tracks how well a specific drug-coated heart stent (ihtDEStiny) works in everyday medical practice. It will follow 400 patients with blocked heart arteries who receive this stent to see how they fare over time. The main goal is to monitor safety and effectiveness by tracking outcomes like heart attacks, repeat procedures, and death.
