Summary

This long-term study follows 2,000 adults aged 45-75 in Pennsylvania to better understand why some groups have higher heart disease risk. Researchers will test a lifestyle change program in 800 high-risk participants to see if it lowers their risk more than standard advice. The goal is to find better ways to prevent heart attacks and strokes.
