Summary
This study aims to understand how radiation and chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer affects heart health over time. Researchers will follow 100 patients receiving personalized treatment plans, measuring heart fitness and injury markers before, during, and for years after treatment. The goal is to learn if tailoring cancer therapy to individual risk profiles can help protect the heart from damage.
