Summary
This study is testing a new, short conversation to help emergency room patients who had chest pain but not a heart attack. These patients are at higher future risk but often get sent home without clear information. Researchers will give patients their specific heart test result and discuss it in a brief chat to see if this helps them understand their risk and motivates them to improve their health.
