New heart monitor aims to Fine-Tune pacemaker implants
NCT ID NCT06641362
Summary
This study is testing a new, more detailed heart rhythm monitor (UHF-ECG) to see if it can better identify electrical coordination problems in the heart's lower chambers. It will compare this new test to the standard 12-lead ECG in 360 adults who have a slow heart rate or heart failure and are scheduled to receive a pacemaker or similar device. The goal is to see if the new test provides more accurate information to help doctors plan the best treatment.
