Researchers test if shorter forms get more people into heart health study
NCT ID NCT07123480
Summary
This study has two main goals. First, it tests whether using shorter, simpler permission forms makes more people willing to join a research project. Second, it tests a new support program that offers money, a coach, and text messages to help patients attend a recommended heart rehabilitation program after leaving the hospital. The study involves 160 patients from a single hospital in Massachusetts.
