Summary
This study aims to understand if men and women maintain their physical activity levels differently during and after completing cardiac rehabilitation. Researchers will track 150 participants' daily steps and exercise habits over 10 months to identify potential differences and barriers. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve future rehabilitation programs for both sexes.
